Delivery Partner
We use Insta Service as our trusted courier partner for all order deliveries across Pakistan.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the Insta Service tracking portal.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Posh Mahal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date at support@poshmahal.pk and we will assist you promptly.
