Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
